These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and uni4d (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the uni4d online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (IDR). You must create a secure password and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards, uni4d requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You must provide valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP), proof of address dated within the last three months, and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. KYC verification typically completes within 1-6 hours during business days. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must immediately notify uni4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security. Do not share your password with third parties or access your Account from public or shared devices without proper security precautions.
uni4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your Account verification level and payment method. All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24/7 through your Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or payment method registered during KYC verification. Processing times typically range from 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-20:00 WIB). Weekend and holiday withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply, typically Rp 50,000. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
uni4d does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. All financial transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion, if necessary, will be processed at prevailing exchange rates.
uni4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method where possible. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions and report them to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering activities will be permanently closed and funds frozen pending investigation.

Standard wagering requirements typically range from 8x to 25x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements: slots generally contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10%, and sports betting contributions vary based on odds. Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, typically 30 days from activation.
Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, coordinated betting with other users, or exploiting technical errors, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings. uni4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All bets placed on uni4d are governed by the specific rules of each game type and the Platform's general betting rules. Sports bets are settled according to official competition results. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled within 24 hours. Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. We reserve the right to void bets if technical errors, software malfunctions, or incorrect odds are detected.
Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and bet types. Detailed game rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and specific betting limits are available on individual game pages. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Disputes regarding game outcomes will be resolved based on our transaction logs, which are considered final and binding.

uni4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the three months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, technical failures, or force majeure events.
All content on the uni4d Platform, including logos, text, graphics, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of uni4d or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be addressed through our internal customer complaints procedure. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to independent arbitration. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.
